Through providing Managed IT Services to my clients for the past 20 years, I have seen how difficult it can be for small businesses to make an apples to apples comparison of competing Software as a Service providers.
In fact, 60 percent of small business IT decision-makers expressed regret about a recent software purchase, according to the 2024 Gartner Study on Software Buyers' Regret.
Worse, 59 percent of SMBs with less than 250 employees said those decisions have resulted in long-term problems in business performance.
