The EDM Info Pro Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy plays a large role in fulfilling our Mission Statement of battling misinformation with research-driven information that helps our clients create a healthier, safer, sustainable, more prosperous and just world for future generations.

EDM Info Pro's Corporate Social Responsibility policy outlines our efforts to operate in an ethical and professional manner that serves as a model to our clients, vendors and others we meet in the daily operation of our business.

This policy applies to EDM Info Pro in all of our dealings with our clients, vendors, colleagues and the public.

Our conduct will be governed by our Ethics as Information Professionals as well as the Professional Standards set by the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

We will be diligent in delivering unbiased, up-to-date, actionable information as part of our mission as well as help our clients fulfill their own CSRs and promote a healthier, safer, more sustainable, prosperous and just society for all.

Compliance and Legality

EDM Info Pro will:

Respect the law and where we disagree with the law work ethically and legally to change it
Comply with all regulations governing the collection and dissemination of information to our clients
Follow our NDAs with clients to protect all information we discover that is not in the public domain
Ensure that all business operations are legitimately licensed

While EDM Info Pro operates out of a home-based office that does not directly harm the environment, we will do our part to protect the environment by:

Delivering information to our clients that will help them protect the environment when applicable
Recycle products such as printer toner and paper that are environmentally unfriendly
Reduce carbon emissions by working remotely where possible to limit driving in our business

Supporting the community

Our company may initiate and support community investment and educational programs. For example, it may begin partnerships with vendors for constructing public buildings. It can provide support to nonprofit organizations or movements to promote cultural and economic development of global and local communities.
